Writing, nonsensical extreme Travel, Music, Journalism, biographies, challenge, Africa (yes, I am interested even in the war-torn zones), Oz (I'm relishing my recently renewed Oz passport & the freedom that comes with that...i.e. easy transfer to the UK), surprise concerts (aka rooftop, garage, street corner, under my living room table, in Greenpoint, Battery Park, in my head), strangers turning to friends, writing a pungent sentence, dancing till sunrise (* & then photographing it...), the ocean forever wherever, my grandma, political or social discussions where voices raise and eyebrows furrow, surfing, an open field, the mist in the Rocky Mountains in the summer, Varanasi (never been but really want to go), a long distance run, the Laotian smile, orchids, Tahiti, ART, the MOMA, crackling of crisp just-fallen leaves, James Dean with the cigarettes up his sleeve (sometimes I think I spot him in the LES), blastin music with the windows down pretty much anywhere, Jeff Sachs, hot chai tea, chance encounters, waking up to Oldies, Argentinean STEAK and gauchos, Malbec, rain and limp eyelashes, the gaze beneath shades, strolling West Village's cobblestone streets or West Village's shaded alleys and voyeuristically peaking into windows, learning from mistakes, thrift shop finds, cooking for mes amies at my apt, a library full of books with withered, tattered pages and that smell of well-vintage paper, did I say music?, some of that good ol simple stuff.

About me: Prologue:
Faith-Ann Young is an Aussie-born, Japanese/French/German pixie raconteur (aka photog artist who writes about it on withered pages), who has lived in an opium den in Paris with people who made pillows for a living and a farming town outside Tokyo - called- no joke- "Chiba". Home is currently a 5-piece-lego-sized studio in Tribeca filled with Gauguin-inspired mixed media art, Laotian-tribal gear, piles of books, a dusty guitar, acrylic-crusted paintbrushes, some sand, and 2 surfboards. Though creative thoughts flourish, no plant has ever survived this environment. She's rarely home and rarely sleeping tho- mostly beatnik traveling with camera in hand, trying to grab life by the balls, trying to capture colors and sounds brighter and fiercer than they appear.

d’improvisation.
Thanks for the add!!! I hope ur day was awesome! Give me some feedback on my tunes and content!
