I’m a twenty something married Sagittarius vegetarian who spends a great deal of time writing or on the internet. I am married to a wonderful man I call Robert, who lives with our moody cat (Chloe), and freakishly adorable rabbit (Mr. Dorian Gray), and myself. We live near Seattle, Washington, the city we love dearly.
Robert and I run a fantasy website called Fantasy Is Love which features an up to date news site on all things fantasy, and is connected with the fantasy social network we run for fans of fantasy, Fantasy Fanspace. Yes, we are a couple of geeks. :)

Tofu Ranchero is basically an omlette type-dealy on a tortilla, baked in the oven. We had tofu, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and then salsa after it was baked. =3

Well, today I'm sore because yesterday I filled in for someone in the produce department at my store. I work at Meijers. I did a lot of reaching above my head and I think that's what it was. =D;;

Ah, if you know some worthwhile veggie dishes I'd love to know. At the moment neither my boy or I have the money to move out so we have limited times we can actually make anything for ourselves and not have to poke around in what parents make us.
