About Fakzility

When there were cities
we called it the human race
and race we did
until we came in first place

we arrived at our goal
the human race complete
the corporate world here
and to it we sold souls

we gave up ourselves
as we no longer care
gave up our families and friends
for stock options and shares

we are on are way to hell
its a better place than here
where deaths the only smell
nothing to drink but salted tears

our race was exterminated
by those with the choice
only too late we realized
we never raised our voice

religion long crumbled
as we gave up our hopes
disjointed we stumbled
and tightened our ropes

before long the light faded
as the people gave in
there dreams tattered jaded
this is where the we begin

from the barren of the wastes
is where our dreams now rot
and we contemplate on how
this reckoning could be stopped

our final hours we live
our morals have since died
if only we had paused
if only we had tried...
