I was automatically born into a musical family. My mom played the cello and received awards, and my dad played almost everything besides drums. Even as a toddler I had a little playskool plastic drum that I loved. As a child my parents bought me a very small black Epiphone and I begged my dad to teach me guitar. But I got frustrated easily and basically quit. When I moved to Florida at the age of 9 I pleaded for my parents to buy me a drumset. I ended up taking private lessons for 4 or 5 years with Chuck Parker, Matt Crowining, and some other guy who I don't know his name since I only had him for 2 lessons. I traded in my crappy first drumset for a black 5 peice pdp and got zidjian cymbals (ride/crash, hi-hat, splash). Then I finally got a dw 7000 double bass pedal. In 2007 for Hanukah I again begged my parents to buy me an SG. And my dad bought me a gibson SG classic that I love! But somewhere in between those 2 purchases I got a crap load of recording equipment so I can finally reach my dream of becoming a music artist. Hopefully you guys can help me reach my dream.
