"Taken together, the combination of gorgeous arrangements and outstanding vocals makes for a lush, full sound that's simply impossible to resist. Really, if I could post every track from Devil(e)Durge, I would, because every single song demands to be listened to over, and over, and over again."

"In Devil(e)Durge, Karas and company have crafted a true
timeless gem, a record devoid of any temporal restrictions, as
each song is as Medieval as it is modern. Those who love music
for the art of making it and experimentation it engenders will love
this, regardless of stylistic bent. It borrows from so much but
introduces as many new ideas alongside to keep up, which is a
must for records that will stand the test of time."
- Echo Weekly
"Fall Horsie has blossomed from the vessel of a folksy song writer into full fledged, orchestral tracks full of brass, beautiful percussion, moody strings and poignant piano. The songs are crafted with meticulous precision, but somehow the songs still feel alive."
- Herohill
"If you were to rouse Scott Joplin from his grave, fly Yann Tiersen in from France and get them to collaborate on a score for a creepier, more Canadian version of Amelie – directed perhaps by Tim Burton – I'm almost certain the results would be Fall Horsie's second album Devil(e)durge. Karas' imagery, lyrics and storytelling are equal parts eerie, lovely and mystifying, but it's his arrangements that really impress."
- Soundproof
"While most children in the ’90s watched Are You Afraid of the Dark from behind a protective wall of fingers, Justin Karas was auditioning for it. And though he only had a small part in one episode, it’s something he’s not likely to be allowed to forget anytime soon."

New Album Out NOW!
Devil(e)durge
"Devil(e)durge", recorded during the summer of 2007 by Stacy Lloyd Brown is Fall Horsie's second full-length album, and his first to be released on Youth Club Records. The songs on the record were written in Halifax, Nova Scotia during the fall of 2006 and the winter of 2007 while Karas was being visited, frequently in dreams, by visions of the devil (albeit a non-denominational one).
