Falling Apart was founded in late April 2009, when Mario (rhythm guitar), Brulio (lead guitar) and Randy (drums) decided to get 2 more members for what will be a death metal band and complete the project that came molded from January, and Ariel (vocals), who was a Randy's school friend, and Alejo (Bass), known from Braulio joined the project in april.
Immediately they began playing covers influenced by bands such like In Flames, Soilwork and Carcass and made a song called God's City Rebellion, where the band composed the piece as a whole thus showing a good chemistry between all the members.
In october 2009 they record their first 4 semipro songs in Trecord at Santa Ana.

Falling Apart se forma a finales de abril del 2009, cuando Mario (Guitarra Ritmica), Braulio (Guitarra Lider) y Randy (Bateria) decidieron conseguir 2 miembros mas para lo que seria una banda de death metal y completar el proyecto que venia moldeandose desde enero , asi llegan al grupo Ariel (Voz) el cual era amigo de escuela de Randy, y luego incluyeron a Alejo (Bajo), conocido de Braulio, al proyecto.
De inmediato empiezan a sacar covers de grupos influencia como In Flames, Soilwork y Carcass y montan una pieza propia llamada God's City Rebelion, donde la banda en conjunto compondria la pieza mostrando asi una buena quimica entre todos sus miembros.
