Family Funk Productions is a brainchild of mine I developed in order to expose music, and musicians who many may have not heard of but soon will. Rising up from the South Side of Chicago, 2FP will be getting off to a kick start by featuring new music from Chi-Town products, promoting area shows, and throwing some killer parties. Recently I've been doing some freelance writing for several publications, I've had the fortunate opportunity to cover numerous festivals last year like: Summer Camp, 10k Lakes, even Vegoose. I've established relationships with publicists, promoters, media outlets, and would like to help out anyone I can in what ever possible. Check out some of the groups that'll be featured: Deuce, bring the Windy City Funk 24/7. I owe these cats a lot. DJ Tanner, aka me, will rip up a set of 1's n 2's with the funkiest tracks around. Relying on the groove in each track I'll tear the roof off the sucka, so you better bring your boogie shoes and party pants with DJT because you'll need 'em! Holla back if your interested in our services. Joining the ranks of Family Funk is the acoustic stylings of the K-Section. Evolving off a longtime friendship and love for rocking out Matthew Kerr (Deuce) and Patrick Knibbs (DJ Tanner) have been chopping up the Midwest with their acoustic offerings for the last year. Playing venues in and around Chicago, Kansas City, Omaha, and St. Louis the K-Section's knack for nailing 70's rock songs is uncanny. We'll be unloading some tunes here soon! Knibbs Founder
