About me: Welcome to the Mississippi Gulf Coast's Family & Kid Connection - A resource guide connecting businesses to families!!! Let's see.....we started our magazine in December of 2007 with a trial issue that went out just before Christmas. In February of 2008 we came out with our first "official" issue. We are working on our 3 issue coming out at the beginning of April. Over the past four months we have made some great connections and have gotten to know our community better. I want to inform our readers and advertisers that we are locally owned and operated. We also use a local printing company, graphic artist, our sales team are Gulf Coast residents (pre and post Katrina). We are commited to the people and businesses who are proud to call the Gulf Coast HOME!!!! Our mission is to build strong relationships with our client and putting money back into the community - after all it takes all of us to work together in order to rejuvenate our economy and make people want to come back to the MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST!!!

Saw the issue. Cute. Was just telling Sharmin she needs to scan it so I can show my family in St. Louis. Katelyn is ready for you...she was soooooo jealous she was almost in tears. Tells you my children are a little indulged... huh??? :)

Hi Susie...I didn't know you were doing this magazine...what a great way to help support community businesses and to network with each other! I see Erika is involved too...I need to get in touch with her, it's been awhile. You all have my very best wishes for a ton of success...I'll be "stopping in" from time to time to see what's new.... Yeah, we're moving to B'ham. I'm from there. All my family is there. It's kinda hard to turn down the opportunity to go home. I'm still going to run the agency and have a local placement consultant. I'll just come into town for any events or weddings ;). I have a few people interested in buying the business, but I haven't decided if I want to sell or not. The business is like my baby :)
