Family Unit was a experiment in children's pop music with super loud guitars. It was formed by a juggler in the summer of 2005 and originally included the residents of eastside venue "the playground". In fall of 2005 Family Unit added DSM rocking duo BIG AMERICAN PARTY to the band, and became a full-fledged rocking machine.
Family Unit broke up in November of 2007. Bradley Unit can still be seen wandering the streets of Kirksville, MO, trying to kickstart his porno career.

alright, so funny story. i tried finding the FU Teen Pussy Split single to no avail. so i looked online, and i found the carthage vs rome website and ordered it for like $7 or something, and i got no response email, or split single for that matter. so that being in may, 2 months pass, and i thought nothing of the fact that i was "gyp"-ed $7 because, but finally i got a response email apologizing because apparently he had no access to his paypal account for a long time for strange unnamed reasons, and he merely wanted me to verify that my address was still the same, which it was. so then 2 days later i get a ring on my doorbell from none other than Jason from carthage vs rome! not only did he hand deliver it, but he brought one of each color, but a split single for unicorn and punk rock simon the sailor, and some MAYFAIR 8 HUXLEY single too. and he had checked out my band and complemented our music! what a nice guy, and an amazing Family Unit-related adventure. so now here i am rocking out to it. thanks! peace. -devin
