About me:

Well who are we and what are we about?

We are two guys from Newport who love music and remember when there used to be a real music scene around here. Bands like Oasis, Manic Street Preachers, Bluetones, Catatonia and Supergrass were playing in TJ's. Newport had a real buzz about music. From this some truly good bands began to emerge from Newport such as 60ft Dolls, Dub War, Novocaine and Flyscreen etc. Newport was picked out by a big American magazine called Spin as being the 'New Seattle'. Then what came of it? Nothing. We have gone from being the centre of music in Wales to the outsider.

Well we want it back; and we need you to help us. There are some truly innovative artists/bands in Newport at the moment and they a need a platform to be noticed and they need our support. In addition to this we want to attract new and exciting bands to Newport. Bands that will be the next Oasis or Manics so that you can proudly say that you saw them first in Newport.

We can't do this alone. We are prepared to spend our hard earned money to bring bands here. This isn't about money (I can promise you that!), this is about pride. ..
