Los Angeles-based Fanny Pak formed gradually as a group of friends who took classes together and eventually started to perform for fun. Now, Matt, Glenda, Phillip, Tiffani, Barracuda, Beau and Megan all want the world to know that they're not afraid to "go there." All while sporting their very own fanny packs...
Team leader and choreographer Matt Cady is the sun in the Fanny Pak solar system, having taught the class where most of the crew met. His crewmate Glenda Morales is a vegetable-loathing Harry Potter fan with an internal alarm clock that wakes her up promptly at 8 a.m. every morning. Less of a morning person and more of a chocoholic, Phillip Collins is relishing the opportunity to follow his dreams. Also living the dream is kooky aspiring dance therapist Tiffani Grant, who simply lives, eats and breathes dance.
Barracuda thinks her fashion sense captures her personality: loud, crazy, bright and not too serious. Meanwhile, Beau Fournier, a Britney Spears fanatic and raspberry iced tea enthusiast, hopes to inspire people to let their crazy selves come alive when he unleashes his fancy footwork. Rounding out the crew is Canadian Megan Lawson, who is an eBay addict that harbors a love of travel.

Tiffani on Valentines Day! Candy hearts chocolate roses stuffed animals blah blah blah LOL. Good ol valentines day. The one day out of the year where you go completely out of your way to shower the one you care for slash love with gifts maybe go out to dinner and have a romantic evening….. Well not all of us are blessed with such bliss or glee. Year after year it never fails valentines day just isn’t a fan of Tiffani LOL and in return nor am I. Out of the 22 years I have been on this earth I have never had a valentine….. I repeat NEVER! And because of this I have a bitter outlook on this so called love is in the air day. Now don’t get me wrong should the stars and planets line up in my favor (hahaha I’ll hold my breath) I would totally partake in the V-Day festivities diminishing my bitterness but until that day comes valentines day is celebrated as my verry merry unbirthday! Yes yes I took it there LOL February 14th is exactly 6 months from my actual B-Day. Coincidence… I think not! Now I know I’m not the only one with a temporary sourness for valentines day lol but it’s fine everything happens for a reason right?! Maybe that one special VDay is lurking around the corner for us but in the mean time happy unbirthday to me hahahahaha… And to the fortunates that live to enjoy Valentines Day I wish you a beautiful love filled day! Hey whats up Fanny Fans! I'm here to keep you posted on whats goin on with us so you guys are on top of things. haha. Sorry its been so long since you've heard anything from us...but get excited for what is to come. We've been working our butts off and we have a lot to thank for that...and thats you guys. With out you we wouldve been nothing and we thank you for allowing us to fullfill our dreams. Here are some highlights of what fanny has done recently:
--We went to Hawaii (Caras hometown) to teach some workshops at 24 7 Dance Force and perform at Level 4 and The Neil Blaisdale Theatre with So Real. That was sooo much fun and the Hawaii fans are definately ones to look out for. Not only are they true fans..but sooo soo nice and generous to us.
--Phil, Glenda, Cara, and myself went up to San Francisco to perform at City Nights Night Club and The Crib night Club and had a blast both times. Let me tell you though...some of those club kids get freaky..haha. much love to everyone came out to those shows even though we were minus 3 fannies. That meant sooo soo much to us so thank you.
--While in San Fran..Glenda and I got to teach at the Lost Kids workshop. That was sooooooooooo much fun. If you guys dont know who the The Lost Kids are...youtube them now...and get to like them!!! heheh...Season 4 of ABDC im tellin ya.
--Our most recent trip, we went to South Carolina for the USC basketball halftime show. that was our first sporting event and we were pretty nervous...not gonna lie. But USC students really made us feel comfortable and welcome and gave us a lot of love..so again thanks to the USC students for making that trip fun.
--From South Carolina, we went up to Balitmore for the Monsters of Contemporary Convention. Matt is actually one of the Faculty members for that touring convention and we are all soo proud of him. Monsters actually has two conventions..the Hip Hop one and the Contemporary. If you like dance conventions...really look into this one. They are so professional and you learn from the best. Thats where Matt is right now actually, he's in New Jersey teaching up there...GO MATT!
--As of yesterday, Fanny Pak has had the opportunity to be in our first music video. Lil' Mama asked us to be a part of her newest music video "Truly in Love". YOU GUYS NEED TO SEE THIS VIDEO WHEN IT COMES OUT!!!! its gonna be AMAZING. the release date is gonna be on Valentines Day...sooo please please watch out for it!!! so much fun..you'll love it.
As of now...Fanny Pak is on a little break. Some of us are teaching...Megan went back to Canada and Cara went back to Hawaii. We are also trying to spend time with our families cuz in all honesty...we miss them so we need some fam time! But we are all excited to get back to work because we have so much to look forward to.
We are actually working on a music album, believe it or not YES...Fanny Pak is makin music. hehe...i know we arent the best singers thats why we are focusing on the music...we want to make music that we like and would like to dance to. and yes you will hear voices as well...dont worry...itll be good..hahahaha
We are also working with two amazing clothing designers with an up and coming clothing line. One is with the very talented Randy de Jesus. He actually designed the Lightning Bolt series shirts for us and we are on our way of making new designs for shirts. Second is our more high fashion line and we are working with the fabulous Cheryl Koo from the "Other Duck" line. Go check their stuff online to get a clue of what direction we are going with both of them. so excited.
and ALSO!!!!!!!!!!!!! our shoes are finally coming out ...MARCH 4th!!!!! Milkshake kicks and Us made this shoe and we are soooo excited for them to come out..and guess what...they have a fanny pack on them!!! can you believe it!!! make sure you stay tuned for them so you can get a pair.
As you can see....we are definately busy..but love it all. sometimes i cant sleep because i get so excited hanahahha i swear...sometimes im silly like that...
Pretty soon we will also be going back on Blogtv separately so you can ask us individual questions...and also as a group.. we love feedback from you guys and face it...blogtv is fun hahahahaaa.. but anyway...im about to go eat ...im hungers..

Friday The 13th Premiere
Hey everyone out there in cyber world!!! Im sitting here with my friend Ashley and we are stoked to be getting ready to hit up the red carpet at the Friday the 13th premiere! Cara and Megan are unfortunately out of town but the other will be there holding down the fort that is Fanny Pak! Just wanted to share some of the things we are doing! If you look at our myspace we have a performance coming up o benefit the Orange County Childrens Hospital that we are super excited about (inparticular me because one of mine and my sisters favorite artist Gabe Bondoc is performing! I LOVE HIM!) Keep an eye out for our sneakers! They are finally here and should be in stores and online very soon! Thank you to the wonderful Milkshake crew for making that happen for us! ANNNNND! We are in the process of designing a higher end fashion line working with Cheryl Koo of “The Other Duck” line. We are super excited about this because we all get to put our own personal touches on our own pieces!!! (I love the direction we were going in designing my pants!) P.S. Be on the lookout for Lil Mama’s new video “Truly In Love” featuring yours truly FANNY PAK! We are absolutely in love with Lil Mama and can’t wait to see the finished product! You all are going to be SHOCKED with Lil Mama when you see it! She looks BEAT! Anyway keep sending us your messages and letting us know whats up in your lives! Anyways I was looking through my pictures the other day and I went through the album of the oakland ABDC show aka the first time I met you guys. ahhh good times lol I was gonna faint btw when I did meet you guys lol. Anyways I still get the same feeling everytime I see you guys but I'm glad you guys know my name and not just some girl lol. I miss you all dearly and if i get the chance to make it to one of the places you guys are going to be at I'll be there :D lol

I LOVE YOU GUYS! I hope to see you guys in Americas Best Dance Crew this season. Hopefully their will be some challenge in which previous crews can help out the new crews... or like have a season where the best crews on Abdc can all compete against each other... And of COURSE you guys will be in that season if it were to ever go down...
