About FAREWELL TO FELIX

Farewell To Felix started roughly in May 2006. They found their feet by September 2006 and began to create their own take on the rock genre, with likings to Biffy Clyro and early Foo Fighters. They have rapidly grown more confident with playing at bigger and better gigs and are collecting a rapidly growing fan base. As well as playing across Newcastle where they originated, Farewell To Felix have played at Leeds, York, Grantham, Sunderland, Durham and London. The band have also been played on several radio stations and have featured in several music and cultural magazines. In Feb 2007 they were winners of 'JD Unsigned Set' (a UK unsigned battle of the bands), which has been shown on Channel 4. This has spurred them on and made them eager to become even bigger and better. Game face people!
