We're influenced by great live shows and the energy that builds from the crowd feeding the band and the band feeding the crowd. We strive to capture the energy you just can't get from the studio.

THE MUSIC IN THE PLAYER "Again" Alison Breitman and Now Now
Now Now is Alison Breitman's new band and these guys are cool. Alison is no stranger to the experiences she describes in her lyrics. Born in the suburbs of Chicago and raised in Long Island, New York, Alison learned early on to combine the tough, free-speaking attitude of New York with a Midwestern sweetness. Not afraid to show her vulnerability, she expresses her emotions with abandon - in tune with listeners' desires to connect and empathize with an artist and music. Her ever-evolving style has adopted the edge that wisdom has provided through the years, and it carries into the theme and feel of her music.
"Sleepless In Chicago" Aristacats
Led by Agent Orange and Expose, these guys are homegrown Chicago hip-hop in some of it's finest forms. As these guys point out, they are "A blunt reminder of what good music is supposed to sound like."
"The Rules" David King aka - Duke of Uke"
David King, aka "The Duke of Uke," writes infectious songs for the electric ukulele in which the cleverness of the lyrics doesn't eclipse the sheer funk and beauty of the melodies. While many people view the ukulele as a novelty instrument, the Duke showcases it as the serious and versatile instrument it is. This is music that seeks to make neighbors of Captain Beefheart and the Captain & Tennille. The Novelty Orchestra is: Loren Anderson (former member of Garrison Keillor's Prairie Home Companion band) on drums; Bill Kirby on stand-up bass.
"You Think You're God" Noah Gabriel
singer/songwriter, was born in 1983 in Aurora, IL. His influences range from the guitarists Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Chris Whitley, and David Gilmour, to the songwriters, Amy Mann, Adam Duritz (Counting Crows), and many others. Bandmates Gary Belniak (co-producer), Tim Politte and Michael Addyman are all schooled and seasoned musicians that have been playing professionally, touring the states and the world with their various bands since the 70's. Their various backgrounds include bands such as The Byrds, Michael McDonald, Shadows of Knight, Tyrant, Acousticity, Dave Mason and others. The band was put together in 2003 when Noah was doing the pre-production work on his album 'In Aurora,' and is still together. And although there's a slight age gap, it means nothing to them... they are brothers in music and continue to wow new audiences young and old wherever they play.
Fargone Productions is dedicated to providing a professional live recording service to local Chicago and touring regional acts.
A no nonsense, simple approach makes this service affordable. Top notch service with quality results at a reasonable rate.
We cater to musicians and artists dedicated to their craft and open to new ideas. People who shape the way we listen to the world.
Not only are we recording shows all around Chicago, we've got some other projects in the works like:
We will be working in the studio producing a project known as Flinch. An eclectic mix of acoustic, electric, and electronic quirks with a healthy dash of avante-garde experimentation. Tasty stuff.

What if I told you insane was working fifty hours a week in some office for fifty years at the end of which they tell you to piss off; ending up in some retirement village hoping to die before suffering the indignity of trying to make it to the toilet on time? Wouldn't you consider that to be insane?
