Actually in retirement from dance music, Farid is focused in approach other areas from arts and culture. There’s not place to doubt that 2009 is a year that comes with great changes and novelties for his career as his new project as music producer, Last Achaemenid Prince, surely will give something to talk worldwide, exploring new boundaries for concrete music through the inclusion of characteristic elements of some of the most ancient civilizations representative music, contemporary popular folklore, experimental vocalization, Dub infectious beats as well as a continuous exploration of the new formats of music creation and performance, and a growing activism to make artist go beyond the commercial release of their work and collate it with the edition of free complimentary works thru net labels.
