Jim Farley(Composer) and David Brush (Lyricist) have collaborated on SUMMER OF MY GERMAN SOLDIER: A NEW MUSICAL based on the new York times bestseller by Bette Greene (2003 & 2008 Chicago STAGES Finalist - awaiting New Mexico produciton in Summer 2009); THE BIG PICTURE (2004 Workshop), and COGNAC & ROSES (Currently in development). In addition to their theatre work, Farley & Brush have composed many songs in other genres as well. Farley & Brush's theatre work has been featured alongside the work of Michael John LaChiusa & Ricky Ian Gordon during The Human Race Theatre Company's Under Construction: A Composer's Summit in 2002. The composing team is currently working on COGNAC & ROSES for workshop and development.
