Jenny Holloway – Director
Jennifer Holloway is the Genius behind the company.
Jenny Holloway has been working in the fashion industry for over twenty five years mostly in the private sector. Initially she was a buyer for Littlewoods, M&S and Principles for Women before opening her own label Retro. For almost ten years Jenny was Director of her successful business Retro UK Ltd which included retail boutiques, party plan, wholesaling to major retailers such as John Lewis, Principles and independents. Retro UK also had an excellent export business with key accounts in the Middle East and Europe .
In 2000 Jenny commenced a consultancy business and was approached to be an Industry Advisor on Government funded initiatives. In March 06 Jenny incorporated Fashion Enter Ltd. Now Jenny runs the whole Fashion Capital set up and does a fantastic job of it!
Jenni Sutton – Creative Director
Based in the Head Office
After graduating from university with a degree in Drama and Theatre Studies Jenni knew she belonged in a creative environment but instead of perusing the acting dream followed her heart and entered the world of fashion. She then went on to study HND Fashion Design at Walsall Art and Technology College, knowing it was there she had found her passion in life. Specialising in illustration Jenni went on to being highly commended for numerous design and illustration competitions, including a Marks & Spencer's Per Una Design Competition and a Dylon Dye design and make project.
After graduating from college with a distinction Jenni immediately started work in the dynamic world of fashion where she was lucky enough to start her fashion career at Fashion Enter & Fashion Capital. Here Jenni has developed a passion and skill for fashion journalism and has reported live from major events such as London Fashion Week and Premier Vision in Paris for both http://www.fashion-enter.com/ and http://www.fashioncapital.co.uk/.
She is also the ‘press and PR girl' and enjoys attending many events endeavouring to the spread the word about Fashion Enter and Fashion Capital.
Yoel Morales - Web Wizard
Based at home in Turkey
Yoel is a passionate Engineer who has developed his career in the I.T. sector providing high standards of professionalism in every project he carries out. Possessing developed skills that have been gained through establishing and developing full IT projects, networks and infrastructures from initial conception to completion.
Six years experience covers programming, database management, extensive LAN, WAN, Hardware, Software experience.
Working cross-functionally within a customer focused, multi-site environment, maintaining the delivery of IT services and technology projects.
Yoel keeps track of all aspects of IT development. Implementation is the key stage that builds up all the options previously considered.
Yoel's maintenance and technical support guarantees that the system is always up to date.
Emily Tullet - FashionCapital Manager
Based in the Croydon Boutique
Emily has been a member of the fabulous Fashion Enter team since October 2006. And what a whirlwind of a ride it has been, her journey began as a sales advisor in the Croydon Branch which has been a constant role throughout the duration of her career to this day. Emily was then given an additional role as Representing Agent last summer to assist our members with finding stockists for their products, Fashion Enter take a 10% commission off any purchases made via the Agency. Updating and maintaining the Manufacturer's Online Showroom is another area Emily is responsible for - so any manufacturer's or CMT's out there who wish to increase their exposure, you know who to speak to. This initiative has been so successful and Andrew from The Sampling Unit in London has informed us that he receives more enquiries through http://www.fashioncapital.co.uk/ than through the Yellow Pages or Yell.com. Throughout her education Emily studied Maths and Sciences however working with Fashion Enter has allowed her to unleash her creative side and has started looking at the world in a different perspective. As Emily's role is so varied she has seen many different aspects within the company including writing articles for the Business Section on the Knowledge Bank which has inspired her to further her knowledge in this area and pursue a Business and Management Degree.
Syreeta – Boutique Manager
Based in the Barking Boutique
Syreeta has been working in the Barking boutique since May 2008 and is loving every minute. Her hopes for the future are concerned with opening a designer label but in the customisation side. Syreeta wants to centre on styling too and get involved in the industry as a "buyer".
“I just love it when someone comes into the Enter boutique and I can dress them with outfits that are just perfect for them. I love the smile on customers faces and I’m happy when they are happy with a purchase. A lot of high street stores lack personal assistance but I try to embrace it.”
Syreeta has organised many promotional events including the Face of Barking and Dagenham.
Stephanie Whearam – Boutique Manager

Feride – Workshop Manager
Based in our Workshop –factory unit
Feride Aydemir started off running small workshops in our Barking boutique giving advice on alterations and pattern cuttings. She had her own label but is now our Workshop manager, here she directs a large team in pattern cutting and garment making.
Hayleigh Amos – Sales Manager
Based in Kingston – The Showroom
After studying at Camberwell College of Art Hayleigh found herself in a secretarial role for the London Fashion Forum where she found her feet in fashion. When this companies funding ceased Jenny Holloway offered Hayleigh a role in an exciting new venture – Fashion Enter. From Secretariat to Boutique Manager at Enter Boutique in Croydon, Hayleigh took to the role like a duck to water. The boutique opened it doors on 1st April 2006 and not only has she been able to continue working with the designers from the LFF, new designers have come on board plus, she has been able to put my creative talents to use through merchandising, window displays and promotional material for the company. From her experience, Hayleigh is able to advise the importance of building a collection, supplying a boutique and of course the legal requirements.
Hayleigh has successfully handled deals with ASOS.com and Topshop and you can now see and buy many garments from our designers.
Hayleigh has recently made the move to Kingston where a new Showroom has been set up.
Jemima Daisy – Creative
Based in the Head Office
Jemima started work as a photographer for Fashion Capital at the tender age of 15 and has covered various shows such as London Fashion Week ever since. She had also touched upon journalism, styling and modelling as well as photography.
Recently Jemima achieved a long time ambition : to photograph a Vivienne Westwood Catwalk as she has wanted to since seeing the Westwood Exhibition at the V&A museum at a young age.
Jemima has always been creative (crazy), recently leaving school after studying English Lit, Art and Theatre and has a young fresh view of fashion and the world. After working in various part time creative jobs, she has now taken up a more challenging, full time role with FashionCapital.
Her job includes journalism, creative content, web assistance and PR.
Rodney Compton – Photographer and Studio Manager
Based in the Fashion Icons Studio
Rodney excelled at school, in the sciences and in art, but the inner vision was not matched by the outer circumstances and commerce beckoned long before his creative flair was freed - now they call it life skills. So it was that In 1976, after a searing experience with the first generation of accounting computers, Rodney finally walked out on commerce and retrained as a creative photographer. He has now had over 30 years of experience in photography and graphic design. Rodney has used this knowledge to set up a ‘teaching for teachers’ scheme where he tutors teachers in the use of Macintosh software.
Rodney now runs our studio where he photographs ‘fashion babies to fashion babes’. He also offers his services as a long running wedding photographer, as well as doing family portraits, events, catwalks and model portfolios.
