“Fashion Designers Expo Florida”, on its third year, is an exciting Fashion Week designed to show the world new superstars in the emerging Fashion Industry. From extravagant runway shows to lavish parties, FDE Florida attracts the attention of thousands of Fashionistas worldwide. Taking place at only the most talked about “posh” venues in Florida, this event has grown into a huge phenomenon. Historically taking place in South Beach Miami, Downtown Miami, and Coral Gables, and Sunny Isles, past venues include the world renowned Mansion South Beach, the prestigious Mayfair Hotel Cabana One Rooftop, Hyatt Regency Miami Convention Center with over 100,000 square feet of meeting space making it the largest event facility in Downtown Miami, UnParking Lot at Mitrani Warehouse, Newport Beachside Hotel, and some of South Florida’s hidden jewels such as White Room, The Fifth, Voyage Miami, Sunset Place, and Dream Miami.

Emerging Designers from all over the world anxiously prepare months in advance to show their new collections. The Fashion Capital, competitively speaking, is Miami! With top emerging designers such as Jocar, Kimajé Kreations, Miss Lins Swarovski Crystal Sandals, Cari Cohen Abstract Jewelry Art, Cortese Handbag Designs, La Vie En Rose, ElliRose Swimwear, and In'Tyce Swimwear all showing in previous years of Fashion Designers Expo Florida, no one can say that Florida has not positioned itself on the map as a great place to find the next superstar “V” designers like Versace, Valentino, and Vera Wang! Established designers continue to show their support for new designers as they showcase their collections on various nights during the week. Big name labels such as Hip Hop’s Mogul 50 cent’s G-Unit, the famous Cool and Dre’s Dirty Royalty, Ashley Stewart, LVL X, and Kassis.

This event proudly supports and donates a portion of the proceeds to Kids in Distress, www.kidsindistress.org, through FDE's “Let the Runway Meet the Cause” campaign. “Bringing Dreams to Reality is our sole purpose; this means the dreams of everyone we come in contact with. New designers who are working day and night at home sewing clothes, can finally have a chance to show their collections to the world in the same way that established designers can.
