Based on The kapiti coast "Faster She Said" is a no nonsense high energy rock & roll machine.
Featuring Dan Rodda, (Vocals), Ben Chapman, (Drums), Adrian Win, (Guitar) & James Ware, (Bass).
Four talented musicians who have been around the block and back, with years of experience under their belts & a few stories to tell.
Faster She Said have moulded their classic rock sound by taking influences from artists such as
Guns N Roses, ACDC, Led Zeppelin & Motley Crue. A sound thats so desperately missed in todays fickle music industry where gimicks hair and fashion seem to be more important than how well you play an
instrument.
After having played their first show in March 2007, a few months later they won The World Battle Of The Bands. A competition that kickstarted many top kiwi bands such as Blindspott, Tadpole, 8 Foot Sativa & Mama Said(48 May).
Faster She Said were the first Wellington band in the 17 year history of the competition to win.
In another first they headed to Auckland and recorded a single and filmed the video for it in one day which totally unheard of giving you a sense of their work ethic. The Video was funded by NZ on air and has been played on C4, Juice & Alt T.V and the single featured on March '08 NZ on Air Hitdisc.
Faster She Said have performed to thousands of people in the short time they have been together,
playing Festivals, Outdoor Events & Clubs alongside a variety of acts ranging from The Datsuns to Wayne Mason.
In May 2008 they released a Deluxe E.P featuring studio and live tracks. FSS are aiming to be the studio working towards a Full length album of fresh material with a release date of summer ‘09

Thanks a lot for the add ! EletriKa sounds completely different from any Metal band you have ever heard. The Brazilian rhythms and the Portuguese language added to the songs makes its style unique, giving birth to a new kind of Metal. If you are really looking for something new about Metal, you should check EletriKa out!
