......Fast Taker "Loaded Army" w/ Rhino (Ex-Manowar).... .. .... .. .. .. .. .. .... .. ..Fast Taker was created in Puerto Rico and is now located in Tampa, Florida ....–.... USA. We are one of the most recognized heavy metal band from Puerto Rico, not Orly for our music but also for our actions on and offstage. Our unmatched and sometimes controversial attitudes added to our shocking stage performance make us a true torchbearer ins the heavy metal scene. Formed en 2003, but alter several line-up changes, it wasn....’....t until 2004 when the dream of teh lead vocalist, Gabriel Colón and the bass placer Hector Torres started to take from with the forming of what in known today as Fast Taker. Fast Taker is the Orly heavy metal band toa chive great exposure on Puerto Rico....’....s rocl station “Alfa Rock” with their hit single “i can see” from their EP released in 2008. their single reached the top 10 , and stayed for 9 sonsecutive weeks. Due to our succes, on October 2005, Fast Taker was cosen to be opening art for heavy metal legend MEGADETH in Puerto Rico....’....s biggest coliseum “Jose Miguel Agrelor”. In November Fast Taker was nominated for best heavy metal band in the second annual IXA awards celebrated in P.R. dedicated to all local entertaiment. In the First hall of 2006 due to high public demand Fast Taker placed in every corner of P.R. including Hard Rock Café and Puerto Rico....’....s convention center, headlining many metal festivals, making radio interviews and TV appearences. Billboard presented Fast Taker with an Honorable Mention for our song “I can see” on the 14th Annual Billboard Song Contest. In the second half they enter the Studio to start recording their new album called “Mark my Words” which incluyes Rhino (ex Manowar) on drums and will be the biggest accompplishment yet. We took the US by storm when we dedicated to move to Florida on the end of 2007, playing already in many great venues like the Florida Stage Fair, the State Theater in St. Petersburg, the first ever Florida....’....s Nightmare Metal Fest celebrated at Bourbon Street in New Port Richey that included many great bands like Cage, Avian, Disaster Peace and many more, The Pit in Jacksonville, The Heaven in Orlando, South Beach Miami and much more, 2009looks to be very promising with more great shows to come including opening for the Original Iron Maiden Vocalist Paul Dianno.
