About me:
Homebrewing is fun, I love it and can't get enough! I want to start a homebrewing and winemaking club here in south-western WI. There is not a brewpub here in my hometown and my wife and I have big future dreams to start one. I moderate and author Fatty Matty Brewing which is a cool place for homebrewers, wine, cider and meadmakers to find everything they need to make the best fermented beverages! I have been brewing only for a couple of years but have spent most of my time outside of family, friends and work making the good stuff and continueing to educate myself on how to make better fermented drinks!
