Fauxhemians are Danny Keightley and Danny Fitzgerald,
and they are a band from Liverpool which is in the United Kingdom. The band came together after Danny and Danny met at a friend's birthday party and decided that they needed to bring something new to the city's music scene that had grown stagnant with indie-by-numbers and unimaginitive metal bands. They started jamming and recorded their first E.P. in August 2008.
The 5-song E.P. contains a hearty mix of country, folk, klezmer, pop balladry and amplifier noise straight from the brains of Keightley and Fitzgerald. No additives! If you would like a copy, don't hesitate to contact us via message or comment!
There's a couple of rough demos up right now. "Home I'll Never Be" was written by Jack Kerouac. "Epitaph" is our own, and will be recorded properly with a bunch of other songs in early 2009.
(You're required to fill in three songs. We recommend the following: Johnny Berlin - Find what you love | let it kill you en The Hickey Underworld - Future Words)
