General
Their is a lot of things im intrested in to start I love Carolina game cocks football and the Carolina panthers. Also we can not forget about our Braves they have had a bad run but they are getting better. I also vol. my time as a firefighter and just recentley got promoted to the rank of LT. I have been doing that for 10 years now and love it. I also co. own a race car me and my uncle race at Sumter Speedway and do realy well with it I do all the crew cheif work on the car he gets to have the fun driving it but I still drive it some I also coach girls softball in the spring.
But as far as the outher stuff I love to slow dance. go to the movies and so on.
Music
My taste in music run from the heavy metal bands of the 80's like AC/DC Metallica, Twisted Sister,Vann Hallen and oh yes Kiss. I also listen to country and love a red neck woman as well they are the best. It just depends on the mood I'm in at the time as to what I listen to.
Movies
I love Adam Sandler, his movies make me laugh untill I hurt. But as for some of the most reacent ones I loved The Longest yard,2 Fast 2 Fuerious.
I also love a good mystery and can watch some of the classic stuff as well.
Oh yes lets not forget Blade Blade 2 and Blade trinity, the Terminator series And Star Wars as well I love them all.

Im not to much of a reader of books. I do read Frie House Magazine, Circle Track, and NASCAR Illustrated. I also have red the book Interview With A vampire it was a great book to read. I do love to read Shakesphere and poetry. The best way to my heart is for a woman to write poms and short stories and read them to me nothing is more romantic than a glass of wine a fire and the woman you love reading words she has wrote from her heart.

I will have to say that my hero would be my dad.He gave up so much to make sure me and my sister had everything we wanted or needed. He is my best friend he is my pal and my father. I just hope that some day I will be able to return the favor to my kids and hope they feel the same about me as I do him. I would be lost with out him and now that my mom is sick she has lung cancer it is my time to be their for him when he needs me the most. I love you pop.

About me: Hey I'm Dewey but everyone calls me JR wich is what I go by most of the time. I am 36 years old and was born and raised here in Sumter. I work full time for Sumter fire department and also vol. as a fire fighter for the Sumter Fire Department down in the town of Pinewood SC. I have been doing this for the past 11 years and toatly love it. I love helping outhers when they need it the most. I also voluntier my time to a group of wonderfull kids wich are learning all about the fire department through a program called Exploring. Myself and 4 outher firefighters have came together to get this program off the ground at our station and it has been one of the most rewarding thing's I have ever done. We now have 10 kids in the program and they are the best. I also enjoy hunting, and going fishing. I also love racing,going to the beach,or just to take a road trip for no reason at all. I also coach girls fast pitch softball in the spring wich is very rewarding in it's self. I enjoy going bowling,dancing,camping, and just being lazy after a long hard week at work. I am a simple guy who enjoys the little things in life. We are always looking for more kid's to join our program it is for kids who are 14 years of age that have compleated the 8th grade or are in the 8th grade.
