My name is Captain Stacey Chance. I fly for a major US airline and have witnessed many nervous and fearful flyers. Air travel doesn't have to be unpleasant, for this reason I have developed a free online interactive fear of flying program.

I am not a therapist, but I know what bothers passengers and I have learned how to address these issues. thats cool, i have a fear of flying, and md80's climb at such a steep rate, it only makes matters worst, although i prefer the md80 over the 737 anyday. What airline do you fly for?
On August 18-19 as I was flying back to Rome from Newark, there was a man two rows ahead of me who was terrified. He would call the flight attendants every time we'd have a bit of turbulence. So later I talked to him myself, and told him about your course and also offered him some "pearls of wisdom" that I had learned! Daniela
ok just wanted to rave about how the "prepare to fly" dvd helped me so tremendously! i flew from orlando florida to las vegas on the 8th for a roller derby convention, and came back on the 13th! while i dont ever think i will love flying, i gained an understanding of the safety and beauty of flying!! i actually enjoyed looking out the window and seeing hoover dam, and flying through the cumulus clouds was breath taking!(and a bit bumpy!) i think that my fear of flying is gone, all thanks to captain stacey and the courses! i know now that the world is within my reach and not confined to where i live for fear of air travel!!!

Hey, Thank you so much for your courses. I'm flying for the first time in 10 years! Going to Florida, but I was panicking before I started your courses. I was getting so nervous and almost definately knew I was going to die, until I read about how our minds perceive fear even if none is around. I'm grateful for that information! Let's just hope everything goes smoothly!
I just wanted to let everyone know that our flights was great! We flew to Houston, TX on July 19 and flew back home to Georgia on July 24!
For both flights I took the cheatsheet, and the other page I forgot what it is called, I also took a letter from my mom, poems from one of my best friends, pictures of family, and music,and I took Xanax ,with everything I did I enjoyed both flights yeaaa!!!!! I got to meet the pilots on both flights too which was cool they were so nice to me! Plus on the flight to Georgia there were two pilots sitting in front of us which was cool!
The flight to TX was in the morning and the flight to Georgia was in the afternoon so that flight was a tiny tiny bit bumpy but did not bother me at all, it was a beautiful view on both flights, and I am going to add pictures to the picture section!
Continental is an aweome airline and I would tell anyone to fly with them! The pilots were so very nice and so were the steweres! I enjoyed both flights with my husband and daughter and I am so proud of myself, and I feel like next time I fly that it will not be a big deal! Thanks everyone for your help! HI Captain Stacy, how are you? I am doing good. Our flight is this week on July 19 flying from GA to TX and we fly back on July 24, please be keeping me in your prayers because I am a nervous flyer, but the Doctor gave me some Xanax which is good! I just want you and anyone who is scared of flying to know that your lessons helped me sooooo much. I just got back from my vacation and I was calm and kind of enjoyed my flight. Your audio cd was really helpful I put that on my i pod and listened to it on the flight. I am no longer held down by this fear THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
