Fear of the Drum Records is a gospel rap record label based out of Philadelphia, PA. Fear of the Drum is effective at reaching the youth and young adult crowd with a life changing encounter with Jesus through music that isn't overly preachy, but still has the good news wrapped all in it. Currently, Fear of the Drum consists of 3 members: MC Psalmist, Judah Priest, & Johnny Moral.

David “The Psalmist” Liciaga has been reigniting the passion in todays' youth and young adults for the past 13 years. With his freshman album, “Witnessed from the 6th Floor,” he let us see where he came from. His sophomore album, “The 5th Element,” pointed the Hip Hop culture to the 5th Element: Jesus Christ. His junior offerings, ]“Only Human Preview Album,” “Urban Epidemic,” & “Be-Sides,”] geared the culture to understand what God thought of them.
The Psalmist is currently in the lab polishing and detailing his senior thesis: “Heart of Worship.” If it is anything like past albums, it will prove to be music that moves the mind, body and soul; it will also have no skits because the Psalmist has been quoted, “My anointing is primarily in music; thus I give the people less talk and more music.”
