Haverchuck is the brainchild of bass guitar and breakfast-meat futurist Stephen Bischof. At the tender age of 27, Steve fled the safety of his suburban Connecticut roots in search of Rock and Roll glory. His big break came when he penned the theme song to the hit Dutch television show Beymaan Etchse Laat. Steve receives hefty monthly royalty checks. He wipes his ass with Euros.18 months ago, Steve discovered drummer Brian Coggeshall working the docks of the Danish seaport Aalborg. Using high-impact teaching methods he learned as a missionary for the church of Scientology, Steve taught Brian to walk upright and speak English. Soon, Brian developed a taste for comic books, American women, and, above all, rock music. Brian learned to play drums by beating empty casks of halibut oil with his bare hands. He still smells. In 2003, guitarist Sean McBride was added to the band as a desultory afterthought. The faceless corporate entity behind Haverchuck forced him to change his name, as research indicated that his given name, Licks Thrillfinger, was not commercially viable. Sean is a veteran of such venerable Dutch acts as Vandaan Halen, Chimpion and Das Poop. He is a mindless flunky. Guitarist Princess the Cat rejoined Haverchuck in 2004, after a two-year hiatus as a calf model on the runways of Milan. Princess comes from a very musical family. His brother is an accomplished drummer, and his sister plays the meat whistle. When hes not making music, Princess enjoys cooking, remodeling his home, and downloading free pornography. Touchstone Pictures recently bought the rites to Princess life story. The project, tentatively titled Gods Little Power Ballad, will star Adam Rich.
