hi!! I just finished Pretties, and when I get some money I'm gonna pick up Specials... I love your series, I don't even know what to peg it as, other than scifi... its extraordinary! I just have one question, from amateur author to professional: When you write a novel, do you get some anxiety about the ending? Or at least, did you for the first book you've written or still do? I just wonder if you get a little stressed about the ending, about how you are going to end it and if its right or not. That's how I feel right now with my fairy tale, I'm not sure how to end it and I also wonder if what I might come up with will suck, since its not official yet, there's so many possibilities! sorry to say, but i really didn't like the ending to extra's. it was kinda bleh. waay to bubbely-making. yeah i've come to talk like that from time to time now. heh, ^_^; i hope there's another book coming out to fallow the rest of the series. and hope it's a bit more crazy making. but i like the love senes thuogh. i thuoght tally and david would have goten together already thuogh. lol and i just loved frizz's charecter. i keep thinking that if he were my boyfriend i might have gone insane after he keep blurting out the truth and getting them into bigger trouble. but my fave character was . . . MOGGEL! i loved it. i would love to have somethign like that. >_< besides the ending everything else was really great, i was hoping that it would have ended with more of a bang! thuogh. and i really liked how there was so much japanese culture in this one. i love japan, hope to vist soem day. well i hope this comment finds you in good spirits and sorry for it's amazing lenght! bye-bye for now Vane

I love all of your books that I've actually gotten a chance to read, and I've been a walking library about them; a lot of my friends love your series' now. I'm still waiting for a fourth Midnighter "trilogy". lol. My eyes got all wide when I saw my face on your number four. lol. I totally wasn't expecting it, but it was a nice thing to come home to. Noo! I disagree with the comment below this one, It is perfect and mysterious where the series is right now, I do not think a fifth book would be a goo idea, that would break the mysteriousness and that is part of the reason I like the ending!
I love love love love your the uglies, pretties, and specials... i just finished reading the extras and it was just as good. i have recommended the books to all of my friends and we're constantly arguing about who we like better... zane or david... i like david and was very happy to find him and tally together at the end of the extras. advice: write a 5th book & get them turned into movies!!!!! that would be very happy-making! -kelsey-
hey i just want to thank you for writing this series. the uglies series really truly got me inspired to read much more. and i know it probably doesnt mean too much if only one person tells you this, but whatever. i like to tell people what good they've contributed to the world.
this series is awsum!!!! i already read UGLIES and PRETTIES(really good by the way). and i was reading SPECIALS and i some how lost the book and i was so mad cause i wanted to finish the book but then i found it right befor x-mas i was so happy! and for a present i got the book EXTRAS for x-mas and i liked it so much and could not put it down i finished it in 2 days :)
it would be so awsome if u made a 5th extension book to the series like expaning how all their lifes went....
or some one should make these books into movies that would be so awome...i would go the first day it came out :P Thank you Scott-la for making this series.

I hope you know how awesome your books are. I have read uglies pretties and specials i finished today in school. They are such good books that i gave a report on pretties and my teacher liked it so much so is thinking about making it a book series we all should read. She said she loves that points in it about how problematic our society is and theres is almost perfect except for now when the system has colopased because of Mady's pills.
hi! iv'e already read uglies and im almost done with pretties i cant wait to read speacials and extras.this series is really good.and its not boring like those books they give us in school.if u write anymore books ill be one of the first to buy.
