Feijoada is a five man group that has played in the Birmingham area since the Summer of 2005. Jon Poor on guitar and vocals, Will Cash on guitar and vocals, Mac Kramer on drums and vocals, Beau Treadwell on bass and vocals, and Joe Cain on percussion make up the five man core. Matt Slocum and Peyton Grant make up a rotating keyboard chair to fill out the sound. The group started with some original soulful funk/rock/r&b tunes and have not looked back. From straight blues, to Hip-Hop, to in-yo-face funk, to ambient thrill rides these fellas are on a mission to make their shows an exploration into energy and spontaneous...with a sensitive side.
