Influences
"It may seem kind of strange but I've always really loved quirky sounding musicians. Bands like the Tragically Hip, Hawksley Workman and Tegan and Sarah are a few favourites. I also love Tom Petty, Kate Bush, Beck, Bjork and The Cranberries.
I guess I enjoy the fact that they deviate from the mainstream, but also become a part of it. And even though a lot of these artists are not considered to be the best singers, they have still become popular because of what they have to say. I love the fact that their sounds are so unique, and that their music is a little different and rough around the edges. Life isn't perfectly polished - why should music be? After all, music is an expression of life isn't it?
Don't get me wrong, I love just about all kinds of music - especially new stuff from obscure indie bands. I also enjoy everything from Snoop Dog to Tool to Coldplay to... whatever! Try me!
My influences change every day and I hope my sound contunues to evolve as well."
Sounds Like
Myself! come on - who actually fills this part out with anyone else? Shame on you!

She also has a great love for performing, and has played many venues throughout BC, as well as her home town of Victoria.
