Felix Lahuti is the winner of the youth premium "Triumph". The unique musician in Russia, playing on a five-string electroviolin, and also vocalist, showman, composer, arranger and producer of funk music. The participant of many international festivals and concerts in Moscow and also in various cities of Russia, France, Germany, Finland, Ukraine, Armenia, Belarus & Kazakhstan.
He has graduated from the jazz faculty of Moscow Gnessin college in 1993, and after that has let out three albums: "Birth" (2000), "Funky Land'' (2004) and "FREAKosmos" (2005). Felix acted with ancestors of musical directions, among which king of funk George Clinton & "P-Funk Allstars" ; the oldest hip- hop producer, DJ Afrika Bambaataa; veterans of afro-american jazz group "Harlem Blues Jazz Band", based by Louis Armstrong; the first-ever soloist on an electroviolin, frenchman Jean-Luc Ponty; the father of the Russian jazz-rock Alexey Kozlov, and others. Besides it is necessary to note actively going on tour duet with the known pianist in the Europe and promoter Daniel Kramer, and also cooperation with huge quantity of Russian and foreign stars of a jazz, funk, hip-hop, rock & pop-music, ethno-music and known DJ's.
Felix's producer labels - "Funky Land Connection" & "Funk Family": "F.L. Connection" is a group "Felix Lahuti & Funky Land" + creative community of adherents - the best funk-musicians, vocalists, DJ's and MC's, B-boys, and also relatives on spirit of representatives of adjacent trades: VJ's, designers, journalists etc. At concerts "Funky Land" constantly there are interesting and various visitors of the project. Now "Funky Land" successfully acts with the program "Legalization of positive vibrations". Within the limits of "F.L.Connection" there are also some small structures: duets, trio etc.
"Funk Family" is a first Russian funk-label which includes groups: "Funky Land", "Clean Tone", "Miss Is Big" and "Urban Funk Army". On the account at a label - release of the first Russian funk-collection and the carrying out of the same festivals dated for them with attraction of numerous friends, visitors and partners of a label.
