biography
during the 80s felix wolter was drummer of german new wave band der moderne man, bassplayer for mythen in tüten (no fun records, cd re-release on sireena records ), livesession drummer for 39 clocks, beauty contest and nikki sudden, former of glampunkband children of the revolution and reggaebands radication squad, the vision (fuenfundvierzig) and (all female + male drummer) punkreggaeband the visionairies. hanging out a time in london and dominica (caribean)

in the early 90s touring and recording with the vision, starting dub & downtempo projects trance vision steppers (all about the mistery of chinese fortune cookies and other wonders of the universe) and pre fade listening (way back home / different drummer) 1998 founding member of studio cooperative time tools in hannover / germany. since 1999 subfrequency diving with george solar as chin chillaz (peace in basmati / 2002 / dope noir)...

since 2k div. remixes for ton steine scherben, dub syndicate, dissidenten, razoof, jan delay & udo lindenberg, patrice, onejiro and many more.

2001-2007 compilationlabel moonray°records.

2002 another production for chilly downtempo project pfl (blue dubsessions pt.1 / elektrolux) with trax for german television nightseries spacenight and flowmotion and the second album for dub project trance vision steppers (tvs.2 / 2002 / fuenfundvierzig)

2003 and 2004 on tour and summerfestivals as sessiondrummer for m.arfmann..s turtle bay country club and as percussionist for berlin and london based reggaeband noiseshaper. music for lightinstallation with andy bolleshon for gott e.meier during summer 2003 at maschpark hannover.

2004 - 2005 recording songmaterial of julia messenger with christian decker at time tools studio, also recording div. studiosessions as musician and balance engeneer

2006 developing pfl into a more song orientated electronic project with jake paland on the album "something to say" (membrane records, swizz).

2007 studiowork as percussionist and balance engineer with christian decker and marco baresi for far east band, gentleman and frank dellé (seeed) at time tools studio hannover. reboot the dubsteppaz project tvs.

2008 editing drumsounds and construction kits for "reggae fundamentals - legalized cuts, tunes and vibrations"
starting a new compilation label time tools recordings with andy bolleshon. diving into studiowork, mixing dubversion for far east band, tamika & mamadee, gentleman, the vision, staccato allstars and the herbman band

2009 labelwork for time tools recordings - coming back to live, touring summer festivals with sista gracy and the yardiecrew as f.o.h. dubmixer. more studiowork with christian decker for frank dellé and dadda dice chillaxed sessions @ studio m7 for chin chillaz (album:big cats coming soon or later - lol !!!) re-founding p&e as time tools recordings sublabel perkussion & elektronik for re-releases and more new stuff outa studio m7 to please more friends of relaxing music around the world

2010 more labelwork for time tools recordings, coming through the hard winter times as the dubvisionist with mixing the wonderful instrumental jazz reggae music from the senior allstars (watch out for new dubrelease with interpretations of different dubmixers worldwide !!! also listen to "bemsha dub" @ player), starting digital re-releases of pre fade listening and trance vision steppas on perkussion & elektronik more work w/ upcoming artist dadda dice,
