Of course, people are our primary interest, but we all have a diverse and unusual spread of hobbies and dreams. Gennie, our head Bartender, will mix you up the meanest drink and mesmerize you at the same time!
Mrs. Cathy, our longest-running Server, is a member of the Red Hat Society.
Jarad, one of our daytime Bartenders, just became a new Dad. He is sure to have stories for us soon. Probably about lack of sleep ;P
Valerie, one of the Asst. Managers, has a thing for monkeys. LOTS of them. No wonder she likes working here.
I could go on telling you things about the people here, but it would be more fun to have you come in and just get to know us. Maybe YOU'LL be our next interest.

Here is how our week usually lines up for musical entertainment.
Mondays, we have Karaoke. I know, I know: That doesn't necessarily count as music, but we have some really talented singers show up. Besides, even bad karaoke is fun. Especially if you convince your friends to get on stage after a few drinks. Bring your camera phone, you'll want to show people this.
Tuesday is Open Mic Night. Come on in and hear some of the region's best new musicians before you have to start paying for it. Remember, Fenian's is the one venue you can hear great music without ever paying a cover charge (special events may differ).
Thursday is Irish Music night. We are lucky to often have members from the Celtic Heritage Society and the Jackson Irish Dancers come in and dance the "Bridge of Athlone", or the "Baint An Fhéir (Haymakers Jig)". After all,

Okay, enough of the advertisements. Let me tell you what's so great about our bar: 1. Guinness - On tap and served the way Arthur J. would have done it. Never had "the Perfect Pint"? Well stop in and let us alleviate that heinous oversight. I've heard it called an acquired taste by some people, but they just haven't gotten hooked yet. 2. Our Atmosphere - You may come into Fenian's not knowing anyone, but before you leave, unless you hide out in the bathroom all night, you're probably going to meet some new friends. Our clientele is a varied, mixed group of people, and the conversations you have will reflect that. Check out our array of local musicians and barstool politicians, and you're sure to find someone that sparks your curiousity. 3. Our Music - While we do often play Celtic music, and have dancers willing to show you to how to move some Thursday nights, Fenian's has much more to offer than only that. Come listen to our new sound system, or listen to our nightly entertainment, with everything from acoustic folk/blues to swing jazz to classic rock. And did I mention Karaoke (Mon)? If you can do something other than break an instrument, why not sign up for our Open Mic Night (Tues)? 4. Our Staff - We are all one big family, so lots of love goes into everything we do. By caring for and helping each other, we try to make sure everyone feels at home, cared for and helped themselves. A problem? Just mention it and we'll be sure to make things right. Need special assistance? Hey, we're special and we think you are too. Unable to drive home? We are glad to call a cab and make sure you get home swiftly, but more important, safely. 5. Our Local Regulars - We'll try to keep pix of our more notable (and notorious) customers updated, but why not come meet them yourself? They will be glad to tell you why Fenian's is a great choice for any occasion.
Who I'd like to meet: Everyone and anyone! It isn't until you meet someone different that you notice the differences in yourself. By having people from all walks of life visit, we like to think of Fenian's being a place to have more than just the usual blah-blah-blah of a time. There is almost always someone with a conversation going that will draw you in and squeeze an opinion out of you. If not, a few words of introduction will remedy that.
Also, if you love food, come try something out of our kitchen. More than just simple bar fare, we are a "Pub"lic House, with fruits and vegetables delivered daily, freshly sliced meats and cheeses for our sandwiches, and traditional recipes prepared quickly to satisfy your appetite. Ask for a Bookmaker, one of our best Hot Hoagies, or try some Irish Stew.

hate parking lots --- but we have so many of them! Sitting there, doing nothing but heating up
