It dates to the year of 1996, when the person behind Frenteuropa Records initiates is activities in the Black Metal underground, filling some blank spaces at the local radio show program – HARD'N'HEAVY – broadcasted from local station, Radio Caria, beside the support given to the radio show a small fanzine was also produced in the years after – CHAMA IBERICA Zine - very limited and only one number was released, the path goes on with the end of HARD'N'HEAVY radio show, which left place to a small duration broadcasting brand new program named GUERREIROS DA NOITE strictly dedicated to the most extreme art of the 90'ies Black Metal scene, ending three months later due his extreme broadcasting.
Some shows were organized in the local village – I EXTREME FESTIVAL – featuring DARK AGRESSION, WAR MASTER, DEITY OF CANRIFICATION & MAJESTIK, a very special show which gathered the most extreme Black & Death Metal bands from the area, 200 persons attended this show!!
Circa 2000 the concept and goals behind FRENTEUROPA REC have been established, and the rock starts over again, yet due is concept three years after It was forced to stop and gather the basic conditions to continue his work as it was meant to be initially, after a short period of silence, FRENTEUROPA returns in 2007 and since then, it as been a starting point for the Underground Black Metal worldwide, releasing quality and extreme music, handling cooperation along with other labels and shows organizers and providing all the Underground the best of the best through their official mail-order service – BLACK METAL LUSITANIA.
2009, sees the light of – URKRAFT – a subdivision, which will handle all the releases in South America and will release Dark Wave, Neo-Folk, Ambient and Industrial Music all over Europe & America.
