The 2009 Festival For The Eno, put on by the Eno River Association, is a continuation of years of celebrating the nature, history, and culture of the Eno River basin. This will be the 30th annual festival. The Festival is located at West Point on the Eno, a city park on Roxboro Road in Durham, North Carolina. Fun for all ages, the Festival provides a variety of activities for the entire family, including more than 100 music artists on 3 stages, over 90 of the area's finest craft artists, solar powered stages, craft demonstrations, canoe and kayak demos and rentals, an instrument museum, reptiles and amphibians, biodiesel workshops, kids' activities, traditional festival fare, international cuisine, backyard chickens, historical tours, dance workshops, the working Grist Mill, the beautiful Eno River, and much, much more. ALL EARNINGS AND PROCEEDS ARE USED TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE WATERS AND LANDS OF THE ENO RIVER!
