About FETISH the WORLD

　ex「Hi-TOUCH Rookies」のメンバーとして4年間に渡りバンド活動を続けてきた、ヴォーカル--作詞・作曲--「楳原裕仁」、ベース「上田啓」の二人が、ギターの「高井真」、ドラムの「豊田祥之」と出会い、『生涯最後のバンドを組もう』と2006年に結成された4人組のロックバンドです。
　今までのバンド活動を通して“ロック”を様々な形で消化してきましたが、自分達の次なる”音”を捜し求め続けている時にLos Angelsに在住の音楽プロデューサーDaisuke Hinataさんと縁があって日本で出会いました。
　Daisukeさんから　「今、頭の中で鳴っている理想の音を必ず出させてみせるからLos Angelsに来ないか?」という衝撃的な言葉をうけ、僕たちは渡米を決意しました。
　Daisukeさんとの6ヶ月に渡る音作り、ミーティングを重ね、1ヶ月以上に及ぶLos Angelsでのレコーディングを経て、僕達の1stCD「...walking in the rain」に収められた全7曲が完成しました。--2007年2月7日ミュージックマインよりリリース--
　現在はツアーと新曲作り、そしてmyspeceを通じてより多くの世界中の音楽ファンとコミニュケーションが取れたら嬉しいと思っています。
　レコーディングからライブ、プロモーションまでバンドの活動自体の管理を一表現者として、全て自分達の手で行っています。もちろん数多くの方が協力してくれていますが、僕達が作った音を自分達の手で責任を持って音楽を聴いてくれる人たちに届けたいと思っています。もし、僕達の音に少しでも興味をもったら気軽にメールやコメントをもらえると嬉しいです。そして時間があったらライブにも是非足を運んでみてください。

FETISH the WORLD is a Japanese Rock Band formed in 2006 in Tokyo. Vocalist, Hiroto and Bassist, Kei were members of Hi-TOUCH Rookies. They formed HTR in 2002 in Tokyo. Their 1st CD was released by an independent CD label in Japan. This CD was a Top 10 hit on independent hit chart. They performed over 100 shows in a year. Later on, HTR broke up in 2005.
Following which, Hiroto and Kei were looking to form a new band. Shortly, they met the Guitarist, Makoto and Drummer, Yoshiyuki and thereafter formed "FETISH the WORLD" in 2006.
They collaborated with a sound producer "Daisuke Hinata" based in Los Angeles, U.S.A. who is a famed sound producer in Japan. FTW recorded 7 songs with Daisuke in Los Angeles and released their 1st CD in February 2007. Their influences range from emotional to guitar rock bands from around the world.
The songs are written in Japanese but you can listen and feel their emotive sound. It emits powerful, tender and heartfelt emotions.
