From the stones of the city to the shores of the river; across the desert plain and into the hills and grassland, a song is shouted at the stars. It resounds from the ocean depths to the mountain-setting sun. Fever Fever has united the chants of man and the melodies of the wind into one unique, breathtaking sensation. Out of this humble movement to create something more than art, an anthem for the universe is born.
Fever Fever is a band comprised of four members: Andrew Murfin, Wesley Black, Sam Smith, and Vince Gaietto. For nearly four years, the group has been redefining and shaping their image, style, and even their name for what would best express their artistically restless characters as one. And now they've found it. Their new full length album, "LoveQuest", is in post-production and will be released everywhere November 6th, 2009. The sound is driven by rich, alternative-pop anthems weaving through an environment of ambience and reverb; also spread across the album are ethnic drum breakdowns, tribal chants, and instrumental tracks reminiscent of an epic, adventure-fantasy soundtrack.
The band released their first single, “Johnny Fever” in late 2008. It quickly gained local radio acclaim, winning a round on Radio U’s Battle of the Buzz against a Tooth and Nail label band. The song was also featured on Muzak’s satellite unsigned artist station, played in stores such as Pac Sun. In January 2009, Fever Fever released their first self-titled EP, of which the singles “Time” and “Let Me Go” have been remade to fit the tweaking of the band’s sound for the full length. The band brings a welcoming personality to every venue they set foot in, and their unique light show adds a further captivating touch to the performance. I like just about everything. I don't really stick to a certain genre or artist, it depends on the song. Although if I cant understand it I dont want to hear it, like rap..HA!

Got home a little while ago from your show tonight. One of the best shows I have ever been to!! (Not to mention some of the best tunes that ever crossed my ears.) The last time I saw you, everyone there could fit on this tiny stage, and we did lol. It was awesome to see so many people come out to see you this time. I love you guys so much!
