About me:
Fidler Sound & Media Website
Fidler Sound & Media is a San Francisco Bay Area based audio services company specializing in Audio Post-production, Sound Design, Audio Editing and Location Sound and Music Recording.
Matt Fidler has a B.A. in Music with option in Recording Arts from California State University, Chico. Matt has been interested in Sound and music since he was a young child. He has been working as an independent sound designer, and audio engineer since 1997. He has been a musician, songwriter, performer, and recording artist for most of his life. Matt started using Pro Tools in 1996 becoming extremely proficient editing and mixing music and with recent experience has become an excellent dialog editor editing 35 hours a week of radio programming for RadioCamp studios in Walnut Creek. Matt has worked on projects ranging from Independent feature films, Classical and Jazz Music, to self-help CDs and national radio shows.
As a performer and recording artist, Matt uses guitar, bass, piano, and keyboards/samplers and digital synthesizers to help him actualize his musical compositions.
Jill Fincher received a B.A in Cinema from San Francisco State University. She has worked on many film shoots and focused on creating 16mm film collages. The work that she has done on her collages has helped her greatly with her film editing skills. She has also had years of experience learning how to run a business. From her knowledge gained growing up within a small business to managing a ceramic art gallery to assisting a major documentary filmmaker, she has learned how to be a businesswoman in the arts field.
