I listen to the radio. I guess that means mostly alternative rock/punk/pop-punk. But I also like old school folk music, and what is apparently called "indie" now, which to me is folk music, but whatever. I know there's a difference, I just don't consider it important enough to go into.
Some of the bands I listen to would include Evanescence (my personal favorite), Yellowcard, Trapt, etc. Some of the indie stuff I like would be Iron and Wine, Gregory and the Hawk, and to go old school on you, The Kingston Trio, Smothers Bros, etc. Basically, I listen to pretty much everything except heavy rap and R&B. It's just not my thing, to be honest.
Movies
Ooooo, I like the corny comedies. Princess Bride, anything Mel Brooks, any Chris Farley movies, Army of Darkness, Austin Powers, *looks through video collection* OH! Monty Python and the Holy Grail! Yeah, and then for more serious movies I like LotR, and that's really it. Serious movies tend to not appeal to me.
Television
Currently the only thing I get upset with if I miss is Reaper. I also like House, and Supernatural, and Family Guy, but other than that I'm not so into tv anymore. Oh, and America's Next Top Model, but I never get to watch that because I have class. Boo!!
Books
Umm...The Harry Potter Series, The Last Vampire Series, The Nightworld Series, The Artemis Fowl Series, and that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

My name is Ginger. I go to ACC but should be *finally!!* attending UHCL in the fall, majoring in the amazing ability to shrug nonchalantly and look fantastic doing it, or business/marketing. I'm in a relationship with my number 1, who I've been dating for nearly 3 years. It's crazy!
My interests include video games, which I LOVE! hence the working at a game store :-) I've been there for over 3 years. I also like acting, although I haven't done it recently/ don't do it anymore, and singing, which I also love but is now mostly restricted to the car and shower, and empty hallways/bathrooms (best acoustics imo). Anyways I can't think of what else to say so I'll leave it here for now!
Yeah still working 2 jobs. I sub at a lot of stores now :) I've subed at 566, 442, 1788, and yours of course but lately I've had 40hours so I've been okay. I am still working at Hot Topic too. I'm trying to get a job as a Jailer they get paid a nice bit. Anyways- Hope you're doing well :) Your birthday is coming up :)

Yeah, they weren't giving me hours; but then again I was warned. GM had to cut me out cause GS told him to let go of anyone who wasn't getting the minimum hours required. I hadn't worked in about 2.5 months. Thanks!! though, i'm actually having to move around San Marcos. Apartment lease is ending soon and I need somewhere cheaper to live cause i'm not making ends meet here with just one job. (though $325 a month electricity and half water is pretty cheap...)
As for laptop v. netbook; if you don't have a reliable desktop, consider a laptop. If you do, consider netbook (fyi, netbooks don't have CD-drives; usu. have bare minimum and ideal for simple internet browsing, writing assignments, emails, basic computing... yada-yada. ) more things to think about. I've done quite a bit research on them and i'll admit I don't know everything but just my experience from what I read.

yep I moved and my family moved. I was in california now I'm in florida. My family lives in Lubbock Texas. I'm waiting for my ship out date and travelling till I get it.
LOL! sorry to dissapoint but no. people are finally assuming i'm pregnant though instead of thinkin i just have a beer belly! hehe no im afraid i'm just gonna wake up one morning and have this HUGE thing blocking my vision of my feet! haha so hows things goin with you?!
