Basically there is a limit of 32 teams and each gamer will be allocated a number between 1 and 32 which will then be processed and put into either the first or second division. The draw will be completely random and for the first season the name and number of the leagues will be purely for cosmetic reasons because the first season is for proving yourself to the other players and the teams with the most wins or points will be put into the first division.
The league will start on the 26th December 2008 and the first season will end hopefully around the 21st of January 2009 so still sign up, if you are getting the game for xmas or around that time.
