    FiFi LaBoing's Interests
GeneralI have no interests, I am not interesting, I am boring and have no personality at all. Oh, wait, that's someone else I'm thinking of. HOLY CRAP! I love art, landscaping, making cool stuff out of junk and stopping alongside the road to collect said junk. This activity, however, embarrasses my children. Beautiful art can come from the ugliest junk. I have three tattoos and want one or possibly two more. I have no piercings other than my ears and I don't want to pierce anything else thank you very damned much. I don't find that kind of pain very comforting. I have power tools and I know how to use them, sort of. I'd suggest standing in the back row of anywhere when I turn them on though. Rmmmmmm rmmmmmmm.....this could get bloody and ugly. I would prefer being outside to inside, standing out in my shop diddling around or pounding the shit out of metal on an anvil. I do my best thinking when I'm into an art project. I'd rather work like that than about anything else and if I could make the big bucks from my art, I'd be SOOOOOO there doing it.
MusicJazz, Blues, Classical, Oldies Rock, and THE EDGE which is what I listen to most of the time because that's what my girls listen to in the trick. I can listen to just about anything but I put the brakes on with rap. Sorry, to me it's nothing less than random noise and stupid lyrics and it really pisses me off that these not very bright appearing so-called rap "artists" make shitloads of money sounding like idiots. I can live for the rest of my life without country music also although I do have this odd fascination with Lyle Lovett. Hrmmm.....
MoviesYeah, movies, I have a bunch of them and I've seen a bunch of them in my lifetime. My all time favorite is "Pay It Forward...." I don't really think people GOT the profound message in that movie. I really don't. Was it that deep for you? I think everyone world wide should watch that movie as many times as it takes to GET IT. Next, "The Color Purple..." but there are others as well that could probably be in my "favorites" category, I just can't think of them right now because I'm very tired and my brain cells are disappearing due to the Arizona heat so my memory is kind of fucked up.
TelevisionYes, television, we have three or four of them and I watch them. Sometimes I even turn them on when I watch them. I don't get paid to watch them though so really it's just not my job is it? That's like saying "Is your refrigerator running?" You say "yes" and I say "then you better go catch it." Seriously, duh.
BooksYes well, yes you see, we do have some books here but I can't read so well.....
HeroesI lost my dad since I wrote this and I never knew how emotionally devastating it would become. But, I want to keep the following, written as is, because he was still alive when I wrote it. I miss my dad so much, I really will never be the same, having lost both parents within 11 months. Nobody prepares you for that stuff. My father, without a doubt, is my hero of all time. He's always been my Rock of Gilbraltar, I'm his #1 fan and there is no one in this entire universe that I have ever respected more than my father. As he spends his last days on this planet, I reflect often about our years together and what a wonderful man he is, what a wonderful father he has always been, what a great teacher he has been as a parent, a man of great integrity, honesty and with a wonderful sense of humour. I will be forever grateful that I've had such a wonderful father and he will be sorely missed when his passing comes. I am glad to have these last days caring for him and reflecting, talking, laughing some.

About me:
OMG I just wrote all this crap in here and forgot to save it and well, it's gone. Okay so, lemme see, I'm nuts but not harmful to self or others. I have two wonderful, beautiful, intelligent and outgoing daughters, 15 and 12 and who are both on MySpace saying they're older than they really are. Don't think for a minute I am unaware of your activities on here ladies! *taps foot* We have two dogs: Emma (Akita) and Gitzy (half Border Collie, half of every other mutt that walks the planet). We have four cats, Isabella (Bella), Beatrice (BeBe), Mona and Lisa who were my late father's kitties. We have a cockatiel named Rikko, a peach-faced lovebird named Mr. Peeps and a Quaker parrot named Bob. I like plants but they all die in the desert. I think in the desert, you're better off planting fake plants and just paint them green once in awhile. Jeez, I didn't used to kill everything. Thank you hot Arizona desert for making me a failure at keeping stuff alive. I'm a native of Iowa and California, living in the Greater Phoenix area, hell's bloody kitchen, jebus it's hot here. My daughters and I have been through a lot the past couple of years having suddenly lost my mother and then 11 months later, my beloved father died. I pretty much came apart and couldn't work, lost our house, wow, so many losses. One after another after another. Then, split with boyfriend, more losses. Lost two dogs, one cat, gained a bird and two cats, kept one of Lil's pups, had to give up one of the others and one pup died, natch, oh man, I couldn't go through all this again and am barely just coming out of having completely lost it for over the past year. I've never felt emotional pain like this. I'm amazed I made it through but I will NEVER EVER be the same, not ever. Have lost nearly 100 pounds, from stress, from not being on my medication I need for lack of thyroid for almost one year (Grave's, hyperthyroid). Never could I survive all this again, just, never. It's been a long, bad journey.
Who I'd like to meet:
Harry Connick, Jr. because he's so sex-ah!!! And I love his singing and his piano playing and his Lu-zee-annah accent. He makes my socks roll up and down. I'd like to meet Roseanne, Harrison Ford, Bill Clinton and someone else who I forgot. But I'll live on just fine not meeting these people, except maybe Harry - I'm just WILD ABOUT HARRY!!! Oh and I am hopeful that our next President will be Hillary Clinton. I think she's kind of a nasty old thing but you know what? I also think she's a very very intelligent woman, pretty much was running the country from the White House while her husband was our president and was off in closets getting blowjobs and hand jobs. I really do think she would make a good president and she'll have my vote when the polls are open.
