We are influenced by everyone of these great artists, but do we sound like them? As much of an honour it would be to be compared to these great musicians, i think i'll just stick with saying Fifty Caliber Smile sound like Fifty Caliber Smile.

Fifty Caliber Smile are an Edinburgh based heavy rock band formed in the capital in 2005 by Vocalist/Guitarist Niall Hillen, Guitarist Fraser Allan, Drummer Carl Greene and Bassist Jamie Fraser. The new incarnation of the band features bass player Doug Milne. Known for their challenging, dynamic sound and energetic live performances, the band specialise in heavy riffs supporting melodic vocals being driven by ceaselessly inventive rhythmns to create memorable yet demanding songs. The band continue to play live through 2008 (check the myspace for details) in support of new EP 'Evolution' which is available online or directly from the band.

hey man, we didnt actually book the bannermans gig threw them it was threw a promotions company who approached us about playing for them. aye man, ill look into some gigs, we were actually tokn bout doing a cosmopol gig the other day so we are well up for playing there.
lol we r playing bannermans in feb. on the 18th =] . march sounds kool man, good distance away to sort things out! jst not the 3rd ;-). we are quite tight with a lot of promotors in glasgow wuite a gd few wee venues n guys we r good with, ill tok to the guys n figure out a venue =] .

When / If student funding people give me money i'm still planning on giving you like £10 (say 2 x ticket proices for the gig i couldnt go to) to go towards your possible tour / future gigs! I think a we tour down south would be a mental experience for yous. Wetherspoons sounds good though, wait till i have money then too :p

Yeah Pivo's is like a strange limbo between student restaurant and rock venue lol I like it though :) Saying that having a crowd sitting watching you play is a bit odd lol. Gary is a legend. He's never even heard us play but he was still nice enough to hook us up with what looks like will be an awesome gig :D
