Extra Love are a tight cross-genre collective of session musicians. Born over 3 years ago, Extra Love have performed at some of the UK's best loved music festivals, events and producers. As a professional collective “Extra Love” have grown from a 2 piece duo to a 10 Piece band. The band delivers a unique mix of rhythm’n’blues, reggae, dub, soul, funk and aggressive jazz. Over the last 7 months natural selection has enabled the development of “Extra Love” linking with world class vocalists. The band are well known to improvise entire tunes to keep the spontaneity and excitement to the up most.

The Digital Disco – Saturday 7th March 2009 The Digital Disco’s returns to the Underbar for our second after hours party following on from the success of the first one. As with all other clubs closing at 4am in Blackpool, we have an exclusive late license till 8am+ so instead of having to go home, come check us out, carry your night on & have another drink! On the 7th we welcome Dr Hoffman who runs the Blind Spot Show on Preston FM 103.2 every other Friday between 7 & 9 pm playing electro & tech house. We have also invited DJ Lee Walls to play, he is one of the residents from PANORAMA! regular hosts of the back room at the legendary Leeds night Back to Basics. Joining him on the decks will be Frank De Bauch (regular Herbal Sessions DJ) + Ben Harwood, up & coming local DJ who plays chuggy Chicago & Acid house. And last but certainly not least The Digital Disco residents. Our after hours parties are on the first Saturday of every month. The Digital Disco – 31st January 2009 The start of Blackpool’s first & only late night after hours parties, on Saturday 31st of January 1.00am – 8am+! With every other club / bar in Blackpool closing at 4am, our after parties with an exclusive late license till 8am+ are much anticipated for those who want to carry the night on whether you fancy another drink instead of having to head home or you are bar / club / door staff who fancy an after shift drink. We aim to create an after party vibe & atmosphere similar to the very much acclaimed & packed out after parties of STD & Carry On For No Reason in Preston. For our first after party we welcome Syndicate resident Jason Fubar. Also gracing the decks will be Lee Walls; Resident DJ for Panorama! Regular hosts of the back room at the legendary Leeds night Back to Basics. We also welcome 2056 with a live electronica set, having previously played The Blue Room, which went down a storm, they are not be missed. Joining them will be Frank De Bauch (regular Herbal Sessions DJ) + Blackpool’s legendary DJ Greenbins, who has been on the Blackpool scene playing at underground parties / club nights since 1990. Also playing on the night will be The Digital Disco residents.
