    Today a 13 year old girl’s virginity will be sold to the highest bidder. She was tricked into leaving home by lies of higher wages paid for honest work in a neighboring country. Leaving home in the middle of the night, joyous thoughts of finally being able to help provide for her struggling family were going through her mind. At this moment she’s desperately trying to turn off her thoughts as she has lost hope in ever knowing joy again. “A normal day” use to mean school, playing soccer with her brother, meals with her family, and laughing with her friends. Today, “a normal day” means being raped by 15 men. If she resists, she is beaten and deprived of food. If she escapes, her captors have told her they will kill her family. Today a 13 year old girl is waiting in hell for someone to fight for her freedom.

Fight For Freedom Bands and FANS Battling Against Human Trafficking A HUGE thanks to everyone who made this year's Fight For Freedom such a huge success!!!!! We had over 700 people packed into The Crux!!! If you haven't heard yet, here's who won: 1st Place: Paisley Birch 2nd Place: The Dead Pirate's Society 3rd Place: Killing Her and The Hero All the bands did a great job!!! I also want to thank Killing Her and the Hero for selling the most tickets (99)!!! Great job guys!!! Our expenses were over $3000, and some days I was worried about breaking even. Well thanks to everyone's help we are going to be able to send over $5000 to World Hope for their work against Human Trafficking! Around $2000 (from concessions and parking) will be reinvested into The Crux for future events, giving us a gross total of over $10,000!!! We definitely need a bigger parking lot before our next big event! Sorry to everyone who got stuck in the mud giving a deeper meaning to "Fight for Freedom" :) Want to help plan and promote events like Fight For Freedom? Freedom Fighters willing to gather their friends and head to Washington, MO for 10 hours of live music as we Fight For Freedom together. Bands are competing for the following prizes: 1st Place: 5'x8' Enclosed Trailer 2nd Place: Kustom PA System 3rd Place: Band Survival Pack However, for this battle of the bands, we are all Fighting Human Trafficking!!!
