Sounds LikeReview from The Big Takeover by Dianca Potts Issue 62 This Cincinnati trio conjures up nostalgia for 1980's post punk favorites. "Let Me Know" begins with precise percussion and haunting vocals as front man Eric Bates croons, "I'm lost in the shadow of you," sounding like Echo & the Bunnymen's Ian McCulloch incarnate. "Goodnight" is a vocal mesh of The Misfits' Danzig and Morrissey's Bona Drag. The closing "Under The Moss" sounds like The Smithereens with traces of Morrissey's legendary vocalization and repetitive lyrical genius. Fillmore's Therapy proves this three-piece is disciplined yet not entirely predictable, while conveying a definite sense of musical maturity....with the occasional tip of the hat to Bates' influences.

Dirty Jack’s is committed to making sure that you earn the money you deserve. We are capable of paying you more as a local band than any other venue you are currently working in the Greater Cincinnati, but we all need to work together to do it! This event was created to hear what we have to offer you and for you to offer up your suggestions and give us your feedback. We hope to plan more events similar to this on a regular basis.

This night is dedicated to the great musicians of our fair town and we offer you a chance to come in, drink cheap, interact with your local music community and see our club with no cover if you have not had the opportunity.

Dirty Jack’s is located at 5912 Vine St. in Elmwood Place, right in the middle of the 275 loop and 1 mile north of the P&G Ivorydale plant (St. Bernard Soap Company). Street parking is available as well as in the municipal lot located at the northwest corner of the club at Linden and Vine.

Please visit our website at www. dirtyjackscincy. com for more detailed maps and for more information on the club. Please email us at outrageousproductions@gmail.com if you have any other questions that you would like us to address.

This event is for bands only and not opens to the general public. Those planning to attend can RSVP at outrageousproductions@gmail.com.

Hi, greetings and thanks for the interest and the add. I like the stuff you have here. Superb taste.
I thought you might like to know that I have posted a couple of new fusion mixes you may well like. Our latest is a killer mix featuring Coldplay and Jennifer Lopez called You Do Clocks Well. We paid a consultant millions to come up with that ingenious title! Millions of salt granules.
We cutt up, bash up and smashing around the likes of Coldplay, Kraftwerk, Leona Lewis, Rhianna, Pixies, Gallows and Muse.
New up is a mix featuring New Order and Jeff Buckley and Coldplay and Les Rythmes Digitales.
I have also taken a bit of Leona Lewis, the new queen of R&B in our book and a bit of Gnarls Barkley, shaken it all up, stuck a bomb under it and boomshaka we have something to mess with your grey cells.
I have given you a sneak preview below.
Another than has gone up is a radical combo of Rihanna with a dollop of Peter, Bjorn and John.
There are other fresh mixes featuring Coldplay and Kraftwerk.
Therea are even more tight fusions on the myspace which is being updated with new tunes and vids regularly.
Thanks again for the add and your interest. And we want to know what you think. That's you!
Love and Peace. SeXDwArF.

And remember...don't do genre. It's stereotype by another name.
