Fall 2004: Fill Yourself was founded by Hannu, Jake and Anssi. They trained in Pasilan nuorisotalo and got noted everytime for playing too loud.
Early 2005: Another guitarist was needed so our good friend Pasi was a natural choice, so he joined the band. Later that year songs started to sound like shit without vocals so Juissi joined to mourn and scream some lyrics.
Late 2005: F.Y. recorded some songs at their training facilities and played their first show in Finnegans, Hyrylä.
October 2006: Fill Yourself's first demo was recorded and it's out now!
Fall 2007: BACK IN BUSINESS!!! New gigs on the way and we just finished recordings for our next demo. Be sure that you will come back soon! In the mean time check out our brand new website @ www.fillyourself.com
