We proudly serve LAVAZZA, Italy's favorite espresso. We have Cappucinos, Mochas, Lattes, Blended drinks and much more. We also have an expanded food menu, including a selection of Vegetarian Soups, Panini Sandwiches, and Cakes and Muffins

Filter is a great spot to hang out with friends or to study. I have been going here when it was "The Other Side Cafe" and I have to say the new ownership has done great things. They updated the look and added a couple more couches and a long table in the back for big groups....There is local art hanging and every wednesday they have open mic/ poetry night (it's a good time).
.... hanging out at filter feels like hanging out at home, it's comfy, cozy, and super chill. It's a little gem away from busy streets. I highly recommend it for studying, dates, card games, and friend time."

Filter... it smells good here. As I was putting cream in my coffee (which, btw, double points to coffee shops that put brown sugar out), the owner was lighting candles and incense. Despite only being open for 3 months, it has a really cozy-lived-in feeling. A lot of coffee shops get this by being open and never cleaned for 15 years... this isn't that kind of place. It reminds me of that really cool friend's house that lives downtown and wears scarves all the time. The one who's chairs don't match, but that makes you love her even more.
Anyways, go to filter. I'm serious. If you're not doing anything right now, go to filter. It's open super late, has food, a friendly owner, electrical and wifi. I can't imagine anything else I'd want from a coffee shop."
