About me:
In 2005, FILTER started in a 2 page newsletter format showing support
for the mass protest against the Arroyo administration during the
peak of the "Hello Garci" scandal.The aim of the publication is to feature local independent musicians as well as foreign acts. Filter focuses on the most current socio-political issues while having the facade of a lifestyle zine.
Up to this date, FILTER has managed to come out with three
issues in zine format, basically featuring band interviews, gig reports,
album reviews and articles concerning different topics.
