BIO:
Final Affliction is a solo project started in late November 07. The music is not common mainstream metal, it's not common metalcore, it's definitely a sound of it's own, a mix between metalcore and death metal with some old rock influences. Austin Beck is the guitarist and vocalist, as well as doing drums and bass with Guitar Pro software.
I'm a very dedicated musician in anything I do, be it being in a band, or doing thise lil solo thing. I want to be successful in music, bothin the musical side and marketability side. I've always pushed every band I was in to get us booked, our name known, merch and graphics, the whole 9 yards and then some. Playing battle of the bands is another fun and easy way to get your name out there and I have played in several. If you're looking for something MORE than just sitting around in a garage playin music for your girlfriends and buddies, you want me in your band.
I do not want to pursue a solo career, so I am looking to either play guitar or do vocals in a metal band. My guitar skills can range from hardcore, death, trash, metalcore, and in between. The vocals are definitely unique, but still based around metalcore and death. If you are interested in me as a guitarist or vocalist drop me a line. I play guitar better than the tracks that are currently up, and will be writing new stuff soon, I had a solo show Dec30 and had to put together a setlist of songs quickly.
The basis of my music here is different than most metal bands. I realize that I'm different and so is my music. But hey, that's life? We are not the same, and we will not conceid to clones. Now we fight and stand our ground...you decide your one true destiny, we will chose our only fate. These are the ideas of my music, never give up, always pursue your dream, no matter what asshole may try to stand in your way or put you down. This is the last straw, the Final Affliction.
