Sounds Like
Lots of stuff...we've gotten a tremendous amount of great feedback from fans and fellow musicians. We've been told our tunes sound like The Impossibles, Ensign, Weezer, At The Drive-In, etc, with male/femme vox. Take a listen and you decide.
Finding Mulder began as the brainchild of Shad and Shaughan in the summer of 2004. They went through a few tryouts before realizing that they wanted two guitars and more than one vocalist. They tried out Chris after Shaughan met him at UCF, and added him soon after. Being assured of having a drummer and some kind of direction, Tara committed to playing for the project, as well. They tried to add a frontman...but that didn't work. They tried to get Shad to play his parts...but that didn't work, either. So the amazing Xaq stepped in and completed the four-piece line-up. Finding Mulder went on to play many shows, make radio appearances, and share their music with people around the world (thanks to myspace). They continued until their last show in Oct. 2006, and after working on album recordings, finally decided to call it quits. They had a good run, and it was amazing fun. That rhymed! Some of the members will continue to pursue their musical careers through new, exciting projects.
These are demo recordings! Even though the band is no longer playing together, they are still finishing up what would have been their first album. They are not sure when it will be 100% complete, but please contact them if you're interested in getting the final recordings!
