"It doesn’t matter if you are an athlete, a musician or an artist. It doesn’t matter where you live or where you come from. What does matter, is that in the end we all share one thing: every person, everywhere, has something that makes them feel alive. Something that fuels their fire. What motivates you is what motivates us. Your inspiration, the Earth and these common threads connect us all. Find it. Live it."

mike is a movie buff, introducing us to the best ones out there. amy likes indie films and joe's most inspired when watching movies like sprout, shelter, sipping jetstreams, and one california day, to name a few.
We are an active clothing line inspired by the elements of this planet and all who play here. Our dream is to help people tap into their passions, and escape the daily grind in pursuit of their Okoto. We hope we can connect people, despite their cultural differences, with this goal in mind.
Each OKOTO piece is a work of art, hand printed with intention and care. Our creative collaborations are just a portion of our energy, as we strongly believe in giving back from where we gain.
Born in '03 shaping boards ... grown into apparel in '06.
Who I'd like to meet: "Meeting people like all of you are what inspires us to do what we do. I think it's cyclic. you get inspired, and then you inspire ... and hopefully the ripple effect lasts forever. Then everyone has the chance to leave a lasting impression in the world. That's what OKOTO is all about."
