I'm a Good News Merchant

The US has gotten itself in a heck of a mess. Companies are begging the government for bailouts, people are losing their jobs, retirement accounts are steadily dwindling away and the American people are afraid for their future. What in the world is the average person supposed to do! I may not have all the answers, but I do believe that I am here to help those that are ready for a change, a new beginning or just want to learn how to earn some extra income.

You see, I have always been an internet user but never in a million years thought that I could make a living through the internet. I would like to share with you what I have learned, but before I continue, let me first tell you a little about who Adrienne Smith is....

I’m a native Texan and had the typical middle class childhood. I live with my loving daughter, Kayla, who I adopted in March of 2008. She is a five year old Chihuahua and the light of my life. I am so blessed with a very loving and supportive family as well as my wonderful group of friends.

School was very challenging for me but I did try my hand at college for a short period of time. I eventually bailed and headed straight into the work force. After a few years of minimum wage jobs, I ended up in the secretarial field where I spent the next 30 years climbing up the corporate ladder. I was among the top 5% of income earners for my profession but as the years wore on, the work became repetitious and boring. I couldn't see spending the rest of my life doing something I didn’t enjoy or even like any more but at the same time, I had no other skills.

When my company downsized at the beginning of 2007. I was let go and I can't believe that I actually did a happy dance all the way home. I just chose to see this as a sign that I was meant to do something else with my life. I so desperately wanted a new beginning. I honestly believe that the Law of Attraction was at work pulling me to where I was meant to be.

My early months were hell on earth only because I believed pretty much everything I read and thought everyone was really trying to help me. Boy was I naive!!!! But I knew this was where I was meant to be, I just needed to find the right answers.

I set out on a journey and along the way I read books about marketing and personal development, listened to CD's, purchased courses, attended conference calls, joined training communities and worked with a coach. It all finally started falling into place for me.

Not only am I doing something that I now truly love, but I have also learned how to change the way I view myself and life. This entire experience has been the best thing I have ever done. I never would have thought it possible a few years ago. That just goes to show you that if you really want to change your life, you have to be willing to take chances. Anything is possible!
